Produced by Bolder Media, Inc. in association with Starz Media’s Film Roman Animation Studio, Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! has been a hit with young viewers and families since its 2006 premiere on Nickelodeon. The top-rated series, which airs daily on Nick Jr, supports preschool social skills – sharing, listening, compromising, helping and appreciating others, self-awareness and the use of humor as a coping skill.  Although their world is more fanciful and imaginative than our own, Wubbzy and his friends deal with the same social and developmental issues faced by preschoolers.  They learn how they fit into a group, how to understand their own feelings and those of others, how to get along with one another and about the value of friendship and community.

Our Review:

My 7 year old daughter might have outgrown Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, but it is still a family favorite because now her little brother watches it. Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! is silly, fun but it also teaches young kids about sharing, friendships and celebrating differences. We received a Best of Walden DVD to review and my little guy was trilled. He sat quietly  in front of the TV and watch the whole thing. Once in a while, I would hear his giggles, laughter or cheers; it was actually pretty entertaining to watch his reactions to each episode.  Best of Walden DVD is a great DVD to pick up for any family with toddlers or preschoolers. I love that it has no violence or inappropriate language.  The DVD is just filled with episodes that little kids enjoy watching.
