I have to be honest with you. I love getting ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it does cost a bit more money to get ice cream there, I just love the taste of their ice creams. As a special treat, sometimes I would take DD there and allow her to add whatever toppings she likes on her ice cream. I really enjoy their ice creams, but I can't help feeling guilty about it afterwards. Sometimes I would feel like I need to work out 3 times harder just for the small ice cream I had; this is why I am really excited that Cold Stone Creamery now offers frozen yogurt. After DD got out of school today, I surprised her by taking her to the Cold Stone Creamery to try out their frozen yogurt. We decided to get raspberry frozen yogurt with berries mixed in it. I took a few bites of DD's treat and I  thought it was delicious (DD also agreed with me that it was very tasty).

I got a berries yogurt shake which I shared with baby G (he had a few sips of it). I was surprised by how good it tasted. I think I could drink one every day and never get tired of it. The shake was creamy and refreshing. The best part of that I could enjoy the treat without feeling guilty.
