Our Review:
With names like Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson associated with it, we were excited to watch this film and go on an adventure with it. I must admit that I never read the books so I am unable to compare it to how close to them the movie is. However, for someone who does not have any prior knowledge of the books, I thought that the film was fun and entertaining. We watched it as a family and the plot kept us interested from beginning to end. The characters were great and the animation was well done. All in all, I would recommend it watching this on a family movie night without any hesitation.
