The necklace is designed to like a bird's nest. With a little disk of a mama bird on it. It also comes with 2 fresh water pearl "eggs" -- which fit into the nest perfectly. On the nest itself, you can also get your initial stamped on it.

Overall, I thought the necklace was beautifully made. The necklace arrived at my home nicely packaged too.
