I was an avid knitter before becoming a mom. I still knit (especially in the winter because I love having the yarn to keep me warm), but I must admit that I don't knit as often as I like now. Since I am thinking about knitting more often, I was excited to have received the Cali Collection Zuma Bag to review. I have to say that I adore this bag. Sure, I own bags that are far more expensive than the namaste bag I received to review, but there are several features on this bag that's prefect for a mom or a mom who knits ^_^.

First of all, just look at how cute this bag is. Even if you don't knit, this is still a beautiful bag that I think most women would love to carry.

One of my favorite features of this bag is how wide it opens. This is important for someone who knits because I often carry my yarn as well as my knitting kit (which is a large bag with different size knitting needles, scissors, stitch markers and so forth in it). I love to be able to look in my bag to find exactly what I need right away. Because really, who wants to be in the middle of knitting, losing a knitting needle and then desperately digging around in a bag to find a stitch marker (yeah, can you tell that it happens to me all the time :P). If you don't knit but you are a mom, you can also appreciate this bag. The bag is very roomy and can store tons of stuff (so its great for knitters and/or moms). If you are like me, you probably have at one point or another dumped everything out of your bag trying to look for a little thing your child or baby needs. Well, with the Zuma bag, you will never have to do that. Open the bag and you will be able to locate anything you need very quickly and easily. Now, you might be worried about things falling out. There is no need to be concerned because the bag actually comes with high quality magnet closures in 3 places so it stays close when you want it to be.

Another great feature I love is the front pocket. See how it opens up like a fan? When you unzip the front pocket, you actually get 6 small pockets on the inside. I am using it for my cell phone, pens, small pad of paper and other small loose items. The best part is that I can still find these small items so easily. Yay!

I honestly can not say enough good things about this bag. I feel like it was designed with me in mind. Ok, ok, I am sure that's not true. But I truly believe that a lot of thought went into designing this bag and it shows. The bag is comfortable to carry, it is well designed and roomy. On top of that, it is really cute. I could not ask for more in a bag.
