Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware Review & Giveaway (ENDED)

Winner is comment #192!

For the health of my family, I had given up non-stick aluminum pots and pans (after learning about how the non-stick coating can fall off and we can accidentally ingest it from eating the food I cook in them). Out went the aluminum products and in came the stainless steel pots and pans. As much as I love my stainless steel pots and pans, I noticed that I need to use a lot of oil to make sure food does not stick to it. After trying making pancakes once on it, I gave up, it just did not work at all. Now, I have discovered something that will resolve all of my cooking issues! Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware! I am completely serious when I say that this is by far the best cookware I have ever had the pleasure of trying.

Thanks to Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware, I am now the proud owner of this AWESOME wok. Though I am not a professional chef by any means, even I can appreciate how great this wok is.
I cook a lot of Chinese food at home, so I do use my wok regularly. When my Ceramcor Xtrema Wok came, I could not wait to use it. After warming it up for a couple of minutes (on medium heat), and add only about 1/3 of the oil I normally need to use for my stainless steel wok, I was able to make my family their favorite Chinese fried rice in it.
Ok, I know you are wondering what's so special about Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware, please allow me to explain.

* Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware ceramic product is 100% green and environmentally safe and non-toxic. Their product is made of earth’s natural minerals and water & handcrafted by highly skilled artisans. Furthermore, they use clean burning natural gas fired kilns to fire their products.

* Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware is light weight. I though since the wok was made of ceramic it would be heavy. That is not so, it is about the same weight as my stainless steel cookware.

* Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware can withstand 2700 F, Steel can melt at 2200 F. To be honest, I am sure I will never cook anything above 400 F, but I am glad to know that Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware can survive extremely heat.

* Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware has a cooking surface cannot be scratched, even by metal utensils and industrial steel wool.

* Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware can be used everywhere! Oven, Stove top, Broiler, Freezer, Barbecue Grill, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher and Dining Room Table.

* Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware allows food to stay hotter longer because it retains heat so well.

* Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware requires little heat and energy. When I used my wok, after heating it up under medium heat, I was able to turn down my stove to medium low to finish cooking (instead of on high heat when I was using my stainless steel wok). By using Ceramcor Xtrema wok, I was able to save money from using less gas and in addition being more eco-friendly for using less energy.

Now that you have heard all about how fantastic Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware is, head on over to the company to make your purchase. I am loving my wok so much that I have asked my husband to pick up a sauce pot for me for Valentine's.

Many thanks to Bob of Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware for offering a 10" skillet valued at $99.99 as a giveaway prize for one of my lucky readers.

Really any of it would be great! I have coated cookware now that is less than a year old and already has chips of teflon coming off. I think any of the pots would be a great addition to my kitchen!

I like the 3.75 Qt Baking Dish with Cover. What is there not to like about these? They're non-stick, green, LIGHTWEIGHT, you can't scratch them, and the list goes on & on. I do alot of cooking in iron skillets & those things are so heavy it's unreal. This would be a nice change. Thanks for the chance.

I would love to try the 16 oz. sauce pan, as it would be just the right size for my small household and very versatile, and also the bakeware as mine has given up the ghost, but truthfully, the open skillet which is the prize is my top fave on the site! I'm particularly attracted to this cookware because it can withstand high-temperature cooking, it's non-scratch and therefore easy to maintain, and it contains no harmful components the way non-stick surfaces might.
