For the health of my family, I had given up non-stick aluminum pots and pans (after learning about how the non-stick coating can fall off and we can accidentally ingest it from eating the food I cook in them). Out went the aluminum products and in came the stainless steel pots and pans. As much as I love my stainless steel pots and pans, I noticed that I need to use a lot of oil to make sure food does not stick to it.
