World Vision Review & Giveaway -- ENDED

*I received a free product for review purpose. I did not receive any compensation from the company. All opinions are my own and not influenced in anyway. My reviews are not always positive, but they are my personal and honest opinions. Other people's views and experiences with the show might be different from mine.

A few years ago we started a family tradition where instead of spoiling our kids with expensive toys that they would outgrow in no time, we set money aside and allow them to give the chance to bless other kids who are less fortunate. We would give each of our kids a budget, and then our kids would look through the World Vision catalog to decide how they would like to spend their money. As we go through the different options with our kids, we would carefully explain what each means. For instance, why is access to clean water important and how is that different from the way we live in  the US?  In the past, my kids have opted to donate rabbits, ducks and chicken. But that is certainly not the only way to help.

You could sponsor a child, you could support education through your donation. Or you could even donate money to get a handicraft gift for yourself or give it to someone this holiday season.

For instance, with a donation of $60, you could receive these hand craved serving spoons.
This holiday season, if you are able to, why not bless a child in need. Your donations are tax deductible, please visit the World Vision website for more details

To help bring more awareness about World Vision, the company would love for you to check out their website to learn more about what they do. Furthermore, one of my lucky readers will get to receive the wonderful set of hand craved severing spoons as shown above in this sponsored giveaway.  This giveaway ends on Nov 5th, 2014.

I like that they offer a variety of ways for one to contribute such as the medicine one. (Leigh Anne Borders)

I like that they have different items that you can donate based on the need! Like you can donate water or an animal in lieu of a monetary donation.

They donate to different things, so not just for food, but also vaccines, hospitals, etc.

I love that you can gift so many things to help them out, even a sewing machine. Or you can buy a gift for someone and then they can come and look and possibly buy a gift for someone else.
