Turtles fans can bulk up on their season two collection of Nickelodeon’s hit CGI-animated series with the all-new DVD Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Good, The Bad, And Casey Jones. Watch Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo battle across six episodes from the current season with over two and a half hours of ninja action! During these episodes, the Turtles find themselves encountering new threats throughout the city including a battle with another mutant turtle called Slash, and even team up with teenage vigilante Casey Jones to stop evil. Created by Nickelodeon Home Entertainment and distributed by Paramount Home Media Distribution, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Good, The Bad, And Casey Jones is available on DVD July 1, 2014 for the suggested retail price of $14.99.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Good, The Bad, And Casey Jones Episode Synopses:

Slash and Destroy
The Turtles find themselves being hunted by a new threat–another mutant turtle called Slash, who has a personal vendetta against the brothers.
The Kraang Conspiracy

Fungus Humungous
A fungus mutant spreading through the sewers causes the Turtles and April to experience their worst fears as Leonardo must face his greatest fear–losing his team.
Metalhead Rewired
When Donnie upgrades Metalhead’s artificial intelligence, he must decide if he can trust a sentient Metalhead…or if he has created a new foe.
Of Rats and Men

Our Review:
I don't watch TMNT with my kids, it is just not my thing, but luckily my husband does. I was surprised to learn how he used to watch it as a young kid. So now that he watches it with our kids, he is able to explain the background story to them very well. Another thing that surprised me is that my 8 year old's friends watch the show as well. It is interesting to see three 8 year old girls watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Good, The Bad and Casey Jones DVD together. I love that they are so into the show that they would discuss the plot with one another as well as trying to draw TMNT as part of their craft at playdates. TMNT is not just for boys, young girls love the show too.
