I have found that Balance Bar is a great alternative to the sweet treats I want to eat. it tastes good and it is very convenient to eat on the go too. Although I work out 5 to 6 days a week, on Thursdays I do 2 CrossFit workout sessions with my trainers. My Thursday night work out is my tough one because my trainer focuses on bettering my weight lifting techniques and usually the workout is twice as difficult as my morning one. The workout happens to occur during dinner hour. I don't like to work out on a full stomach, but I still need something to help carry me through my training session. So, about 30 minutes before warming up for the workout, I would eat my Balance Bar. I have been enjoying the Cookie Dough favored Balance Bar. I think that it is very yummy, and I really like that it is high in protein.
