Our review:
I must admit that I was really surprised by the fact that I have not heard of this series or watched it before. Growing up in Taiwan, I am very familiar with Japanese animations due to the Japanese influence on Taiwan's popular culture. I thought that I had seen them all. I was even more surprised by the fact that not only that I have not seen Saint Seiya: Sanctuary, but also that my husband has watched the series when he was a kid, My husband could not wait to tell me what he remembered about the series. Instead of having him telling me all the details, we decided to watch the series 1 episode per night. I am really like it so far. Although the animation was made in the 80's, it is still very entertaining and very watchable. If you like Japanese animation, you will not be disappointed by this series.
