Glue Dots Adhesive Product Review & Giveaway -- ENDED

*I received free products for review purpose. I did not receive any compensation from the company. All opinions are my own and not influenced in anyway. My reviews are not always positive, but they are my personal and honest opinions. Other people's views and experiences with the product or products might be different from mine.

I was contacted by Glue Dots to review their products. As a mom who loves to do crafts and enjoys crafting with her kids, I was pretty excited about checking out Glue Dots. There are 3 different kids of Glue Dots to choose from: Removable, Permanent and Poster. The removable Glue Dots are great for papers, photos, posterboards and magnets. The poster Glue Dots are useful for surfaces like glass, foam boards or painted walls. Last but not least, the permanent Glue Dots could be used on wood, paper, plastic, glass and even metal.
With DD's busy school schedule and after school activities, we don't have time to craft as much as we like to (we do most of our crafting during Spring break, summer vacation and winter holiday break). I was not able to complete a full craft project with both of my kids, but I did test out the glue dots with the G man.

Being 2 years old, the G man doesn't have the fine motor skill to squeeze white glue on a piece of paper and spread it out properly yet. He also can't quite apply stick glue as well as I like (because he has not master covering every surface with the glue yet). As such, I either need to step in to help G man with the glue so that he does not make a huge mess with it. Or, I need to just apply the glue for him, which makes crafting less fun for my kids. I have discovered that using the glue dots are simple and easy even for a 2 year old. He has no problem peeling the tabs and pushing down the adhesive Glue Dots. I like that there is no drying time and so the G man does not need to wait for the glue to dry in order to do the next step for our mini craft project -- because we all know how much patience a toddler has, lol. After trying the Glue Dots, I thought they were effectively in holding G's craft together too.

All in all, I thought that Glue Dots were great. They held G man's craft project together really well, no drying time is required and there was no sticky messy glue for me to clean up afterwards. We love Glue Dots for crafts, and we think you will too.

To buy Glue Dots, please visit its website to purchase online or locate a retailer near you.

Many thanks to Glue Dots. The company has generously offered a giveaway prize pack that includes all three types of Glue Dots to one of my lucky readers. This giveaway ends on Feb 7, 2014.

My first thought was these would be perfect for work. There are times when I have to cut and tape things, but these Glue Dots would be a great alternative!

I could think of many uses for these glue dots. I would secure photos so they do not shift, or use them to stick labels to items, or use them for wrapping gifts.
