VISA Credit Card Back to School Shopping Giveaway -- ENDED

When I am doing Back to School shopping for my daughter. The first thing I do is to create a list of everything she needs. I would then try to find the best deals/prices for her must have items by doing lots of research online and in the stores. With a set budget, I purchase everything she needs first.
