Element Bars Review & Giveaway -- ENDED

I was on the Paleo Diet with my Crossfit gym. I could not resist things like cupcakes and donuts, so I fell off the wagon. When I was off the Paleo Diet, I noticed that I felt very differently after my workouts. Instead of feeling great, I was tired and sluggish. It was at that time, I realized that I needed to correct my diet again. I knew that I enjoyed junk food a little too much to be on a strict Paleo Diet, but most of what I eat now is Paleo friendly.

When my kids snack, I always feel the need to snack with them. Instead of reaching for something unhealthy, I tried to stick as close to my Paleo Diet as possible (yes, that means no more donuts and cupcakes for me). Instead of keeping candy bars in my pantry, now it is stocked with Element Bars.

I was sent an assortment of their bars to try out and I enjoyed them all. I was pleasantly surprised by how great they taste and how filling too. After finishing a bar, I never felt like I need to checking the pantry for something else to snack on.

I particularly love the fact that the company only uses all natural ingredients.  The company does not use artificial sweeteners or processed starches in their bars.If you are not familiar with their bars, I recommend buying their classic, endurance or vitality bars to check out. If you already tried their bars, then I recommend designing your own bar. As I have mentioned before, I am on a Paleo Diet, so I limit my carbohydrate intake. I love that when I design my own bar, I could use the ingredients that fits what need and I am also able to get very detailed nutrition facts before I check out. 

All in all, I am very impressed by the bars I received to review. They were fresh and tasted great. I will be order some bars for myself in the future for sure. To buy some for yourself, please visit the Element Bars website.
