Appleton Estate Reserve Jamaica Rum

I don't drink. It is not that I never drink, but I rarely find myself drinking. I will have a class of wine once in a blue moon, but most of the time I am the one driving us home, so I leave the drinking to my husband, lol. Since I am not a drinker, you could probably guess that Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum is not something I would pick up from the stores. I love rum cakes, but I think that's really different from actually drinking rum itself. As such, when the Jamaica Rum arrived at our house, I left it to my husband to try it out.

My husband, who usually drinks wine, actually really enjoyed the Jamaica Rum. He said that it tasted really great and he was pleasantly surprised by how much he liked it. In fact, he liked it so much that we decided to check out the company's website and we learned that you could actually tour Appleton Estate and try the different rum they have on the tour. It's definitely something we would like to do if we ever get a chance to visit Jamaica.
