I am not sure when a child outgrows My Little Pony, but I can tell you that my silly almost 6 year old daughter loves My Little Pony and is no wear near out growing it. Because she loves to play with the little toys so much, it is appropriate that she would love MY LITTLE PONY FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC: THE FRIENDSHIP EXPRESS DVD just as much. This DVD includes 5 episodes: Friendship is Magic part 1, Friendship is Magic part 2, Over a Barrel, Hearth's Warming Eve and The Last Roundup. In the main episodes about friendships, Twilight Sparkle learns about the value of friendship. After watching part 1 and part 2, we thought that the story line was cute and the animation was adorable. DD knows all about friendships because she loves her friends and these episodes definitely reinforces the important and the value of being a good friend. On a side note, DD also enjoyed the "Meet The Ponies" sing along.
