GoalForIt.com Review

Do you have goals for yourself or your kids and you have found that it's been hard to accomplish them? As a busy mom of two, I know that it's hard to keep track of the chores DD needs to do and the things I need to finish myself. Personally, I hate nagging my family, but I often catch myself doing it because I feel like if I don't remind them constantly, then nothing gets done.

GoalForIt.com is a free service where you can access chore chart, behavior charts, goal setting and to do lists. I have found these things to be really helpful in staying organized. DD has benefited from the chores charts a great deal. She would look at her chart to figure out what she needs to do each day, at the end of the day, she is rewarded with a sticker for the chores she has completed. Once she earned enough stickers, she could redeem them for different prizes. With these charts, I don't have to nag as much and I love that I am not constantly getting frustrated because I feel like I am always nagging, and even after all that nagging tasks remained undone. DD has always enjoyed the chore charts. She feels like a big girl for have responsibilities and she gets rewarded for doing her chores too!

Another thing I like about the website is that there are a lot of different designs you can choose from. I sat down with DD to pick out the designs she liked for her chore charts. I think being able to pick out her favorite designs really help making her feel like she is a part of the process. Last but not least, I think the email reminders are fantastic. Sometimes with some many things on my mind, I forget things myself, so to get reminders via email about different goals I set for myself is really great.

Be sure to check out GoalForIt.com. It is a free service that my family has found to be very helpful and useful in getting organized in 2012 :).
