Moon Dough is a kind of dough that's great for kids to express their creativity. The dough never dries out and is easy to mold. DD got a set of it to review and she loves the designs on this breakfast set. She has been playing with moon dough for a couple of years now and one of the things that she likes is that she can pop the design out of the mold easily. Although it does not stick on anything (like the kitchen table or the tile floor), sometimes it crumbles too easily. Before baby G was born, I would let her play with the moon dough on a play mat in the living room. Now that baby G crawls around so much and is getting into things, I have asked her to play with the dough outside on the patio. It actually worked out really well because not only that the baby could not get into her toys, if the dough crumbles too much, I can easily sweep them up. I also noticed that it is better to store the dough in a container so that DD can access it easy. I tried using a plastic zip bag before, so it's harder for her to get all of the dough out.
Moon dough comes with a variety of cute molds. To find a retail store near you, please visit the Moon Dough website.
