Faber Castell 24 MAX Colored EcoPencils Review & -Rafflecopter- Giveaway -- ENDED

School is starting soon and now that summer break is almost over, we have signed DD up for a lot of after school activities. In addition to going to school 5 days a week, DD is also taking ballet, gymnastics, swimming, piano and art lessons every week. On top of that, she will also be attending Chinese language courses 3 hours a week. Out of all of these activities, DD is most excited about her art classes.

DD loves to draw. I don't mean the way an average kid loves to draw. Even at 5 years old, we can see that she has a real passion for it because it's the first thing she does when she wakes up and the last thing she does before going to bed. She is the only kid I know who drew a vampire mermaid at 5 years old (100% her idea, not mine, lol). Since we can clearly see how much she loves to draw, we have been looking around our area to find an art class for her. We did not want to find a class where she goes and draws simple things that she already figure on her own. We wanted to find a professional art teacher who will be able to teach her the basic drawing techniques. We finally found one for her and she will be starting her art classes in a couple of weeks.

She is super excited about it, and we are too. We started putting some art supplies together for her. In addition to paint brushes, paint, papers, we also included a box of Faber Castell 24 MAX Colored EcoPencils.
These coloring pencils are great because they come in triangular shapes (but with rounded corners) so they don't roll off the table. They are also a little large than the typically coloring pencils and that makes them easier for little hands to hold.  The colors are these pencils are nice bright. EcoPencils are produced with 100% FSC certified reforested wood. They are non toxic and eco friendly.

DD tried these coloring pencils and she really likes them. What I like the most about them is that with other coloring pencils, DD breaks the lead very quickly because she pushes so hard on the papers. With the 24 MAX Colored EcoPencils, because the leads are thicker in the coloring pencils, they don't break a easily.

Faber Castell 24 MAX Colored EcoPencils are great to use at home, at school or even art classes. To buy a box, please visit the Faber Castell website.

Many thank to Faber Castell. The company has generously offered the same box the 24 MAX Colored EcoPencils as a giveaway prize to one of my lucky reader. This giveaway ends on Sep 19th, 2011
