Mother Goose Club is a series of 1-minute educational programs for preschoolers promoting early literacy. This live-action and colorful program, invites your little one to sing and dance along to their favorite nursery rhymes. I was asked to review the Mother Goose Club DVD, CDs and coloring book and I happily agreed. DD loves to sing. One of her favorite things to do at her preschool is actually singing with her friends during chapel time, as such I thought that she would really enjoy reviewing these products. I was right. I have been playing the CDs for her in the car and she loves singing along with the songs. The CDs has classic songs like Muffin Man, Skip to My Lou, Rockabye Baby, and Five Little Monkeys.
The coloring book has the lyrics and illustrations of different nursery rhymes. DD likes to color the pictures while listing to the CD's. Now that DD is learning how to spell words and word recognitions, I thought this was really useful for that reason.
Last but not least, DD also received a DVD to review. DD loves to sing along with the characters and she even does the dance moves and hand movements along with the DVD. Her favorite is Itsy Bitsy Spider.
DD has enjoyed these Mother Goose Club products. If your child enjoys singing, I recommend checking out Mother Goose Club. These products are great to help with reading, learning rhyming words and vocabulary development.
