My husband has been reading all of the Conan books, but he has not seen the Conan the Adventurer shows back when it was in the early 90's, so we were glad to have gotten a copy of season 1 DVD to review. In this series, Conan and his friends Needle, Zula, Jasmine, Greywolf, Falkenar and Snaggset set out to find a cure to save Conan's family from an evil spell cast by the serpent wizard Wrath-Amon. There were a couple of episodes that we thought were really interesting. We liked the "Men of Stone," where Conan had to investigate why a village chief was turned into a stone. Another episode we enjoyed watching was the "Shadow Walkers." In this episode, Conan was attacked by a group of ninjas. He then learned that the ninjas needed his assistance. In return, the ninjas offered to teach him how to be a ninja.
