Sunbow Sunscreen Review

DD is attending summer camp a couple of days a week. She is especially excited about attending summer camp because her best friends Isabella and Avery are going to same summer camp with her. On the list of the things the kids need for summer camp was sunscreen. The camp recommended that the parents applied sunscreen on their kids before dropping them off because they will be spend a lot of time outdoors this summer. As such, we have been shopping for sunscreens for the kids.

This year, DD is really excited that she got sunscreen products with her favorite nickelodeon characters on them thanks to Sunbow.

DD got Go Diego Go sunscreen in a convenient non-aerosol pump spray, a Dora the Explorer pink sunscreen and SpongeBob Sunscreen stick to review. These products are water resistant, PABA free and tear free. Most importantly, they protect my kids' skin while they are out under the hot summer sun.

Go Diego Go sunscreen is actually blue, but once you rubbed it into your skin, the color disappears. Because it comes in a spray bottle, so it is easy to apply on your kids' skin -- this is a good thing because often times DD is so excited about playing in the pool or at the water fountains, she could not even want to wait for the couple minutes it takes to put on her sunscreen. Dora the Explorer sunscreen is pink in color and comes in a tube form. I like using it before she leaves the house for summer camp. Sometimes when I use the sunscreen spray I would accidentally spray the sunscreen on her clothes, so using sunscreen from a tube avoids that problem. Last but not least, sunscreen in a stick form. Honestly, this is the best way to apply sunscreen to my daughter's face. I don't have to worry about accidentally rubbing the sunscreen into her eyes. When you are just trying to cover a small area, sunscreen in a stick form is very useful.

Sunbow offers these great products that will help protect your kids' skin from sun damage this summer. All of these products are useful in different ways, so make sure you pick up one of each for your kids!
