Moon Dough Magic Zoo Review

The best things that come to our house are unexpected presents. Recently, a package came to our door and when we opened up it was Moon Dough's Magic Zoo. Since we were not expecting any packages from the company, DD was super excited to see it. She asked me if it was her birthday already and that's why she was getting a surprise gift, lol. I had to explain to her that it was not her birthday yet, but the company wanted to surprise her with a new toy anyhow.

We have tried Moon Dough before, so we are no strangers to the fun toys. Moon Dough is a molding dough that never dries out and can provide hours of fun for your kids. The Magic Zoo set comes with molds for 3 zoo animals -- bear, gorilla and penguin. It also comes with 2 winder walkers so that your child can place the zoo animal he/she creates on it and watch it walk.
I know that some moms love Moon Dough while some don't care for it. One of the biggest complaint I have heard is that the moon dough is messy. I admit that it is messy, but I usually put down a plastic floor mat where she plays moon dough so that it would be easier for me to gather it all up when she is done playing. Is it messy? Yes, it is. But considering the fact that my daughter plays with it for hours, I think it is well worth the 15 minutes it takes for me to clean it up. I also love that it never dries out. DD had played with other dough products that dried on our new carpet. I can assure you that it was not fun for me to attempt to clean it out and since the problem we had, she was not allow to playing them in the house anymore. With Moon Dough, I don't have to worry about it drying out onto the carpet or anywhere else for that matter.
If your child is a fan of Moon Dough, I would recommend picking up the Magic Zoo. If you haven't tried Moon Dough products before, you should give it a try. Moon Dough products can be purchased from your local Walmart, Target, and Toys R Us Stores.
