If you are a long time readers, you know by now how much I love unique and funny t-shirts. I basically live in t-shirts all year long. Skitter Toys Car Review & Giveaway (ENDED)

Are you looking for a fun riding toy for your child? Skitter Car is a must have toy for a kid. DD absolutely loves her Skitter car. She rides it at home (inside of our house), she rides it in our back yard and she even asks me to take it to the park with us. Every time we take Skitter to the park, it draws so many kids toward us. As soon as DD takes a break and walks away from her Skitter car, some random kid will attempt to ride it away, lol!

Skitter car comes in 6 colors, and the one we received to review is pink. DD just adores her pink ride.

There are other counterfeit cars that might claim that they are the same as Skitter cars, but they are not. You can purchase the original Skitter cars from the Skitter Toys website.

After the Skitter car arrived, it took DH less than 10 minutes to put it together. DD has been riding her Skitter car for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say that I am really impressed by the quality of the car. It is very durable and DD just has lots of fun riding it!

Also, if you would like to upgrade your Skitter car, you can purchase the plasma wheels (you know, for the serious rider ^_^).

Actually, the seat is big enough to have another kid ride behind her (when we had friends over, DD's friend was able to ride it with her without any problems at all). Polliwalks Review & Giveaway (ENDED)

We are HUGE fans of Polliwalks shoes. In case you haven't noticed, DD wears a lot of shoes made by Polliwalks. As a matter of face, I love the Polliwalks shoes so much that I got the moms in my mommy's group to buy close to 30 pairs of them for their kids. It's funny when we meet for playdates because more often than not, we have more than a handful of kids running around in their Polliwalks. The moms would joke that our playdates are advertisements for Polliwalks. LOL!

Anyhow, I brought DD the Elmo Pollwalks shoes. DD is a fan of Elmo, so she loves this design!

For my review, the company sent me shoes from their new collection. Look. it's bunnies! These will be perfect for Easter! (Although DD has been wearing them already).

We also got a pair of Monkey design shoes to review. I know these are not very girly, but DD really loves them!

When we are out in public, I get a lot of moms asking me where I brought DD's shoes. We LOVE Polliwalks shoes and here's just a few reasons for it.

*Design: We LOVE how cute and unique they look! Plus, the "footprinter" bottom are just too adorable. DD loves walking in the sand and in mud to see the little prints her shoes leave behind.

*Use: DD can put them on and take them off all by herself without any help from me.

*Comfort: DD can run around all day in them.

*Clean: When they get dirty, I just toss them in the wash machine with DD's laundry and let them air dry in the sun.

I am so excited to introduce my new favorite store to you! If you have not heard of SimaG Jewelry, you have to check it out. Hooray to shopping at the 99 cent store!

Typically I take DD out to the park or walk around Disneyland on Tuesdays, but with the major storm coming in and the heavy rain, we decided to skip going outdoors. Instead we spent the morning hanging out at home, and then we went to grab some traditional Taiwanese food for lunch.

Traditional Taiwanese food is nothing like Chinese food. DD and I love Taiwanese food; DH, on the other hand, only likes certain dishes. One the dishes we all love is a cold noodle dish. What makes this special is that the noodles are made of tofu. Yes, the noodles do taste like tofu too. Yum, yum!

While we were out, we stopped by the 99 cent store to pick up a few items. I love walking around 99 cent stores because once in a while, I can find something fun. Today, I brought DD a pink panda watering can for 99 cents. DD loves helping me in the garden, so this will be prefect for her. It is adorable and the best part, it was only a dollar! Woohooo!

When I did my review of Nacho Mama Tees a couple of months ago, I got this amazingly soft and cute tee to review. This is still one of my favorite tees. After many, many washes in the washer, it stayed soft and just as comfortable as the first day I received it.

I have been taking cake decorating classes and loving them too! My mother in law showed me photos of beautiful cakes her own mother made for her when she was growing up. I love how my mother in law has such fond memories of her mother making special cakes for her. Yet another birthday party

Before I show you all of the fun things DD did today, I wanted to share a couple of photos. As I mentioned before, I am taking a cake decorating course. Last time we met for a class, I learned how to make royal icing. To be honest, I was really prepared not to like it. Then, when we tried our hands at it in class, I totally changed my mind. I had tons of royal icing left over from the class and I was not too sure what to do with it. In any case, I decided to make little Micky Mouse royal icings (once they are dried, you can store them for up to 6 months in an air tight container). Anyhow, I made these yesterday so they still look a little wet. It will take about a week for them to be complete dried. I made them in blue, purple and pink. I will put them on top of cupcakes I am making for DD's birthday party.

Here's the birds I made in class. Ok, I did not make the bird on top (my teacher made it). I made one just like it, but it broke when I was storing them away.

Now, onto the important stuff. We went over to Angela's house for Jackson's first birthday. Amazingly enough, it was not raining today so the kids got to play outside. Hooray!

At some point, DD thought it was a great idea to ride on top of the car as Leila pushed it around.

Some kids stayed inside and some where playing outside. Basically, there were kids everywhere!

Katie wanted to ride on top of the car too and she asked Leila to push. Leila was not at all interested in pushing 2 girls around, lol!

The birthday boy! Got to love that face! Yummy!

We had a wonderful time at the birthday party. The kids got to have fun with their friends, and the adults got to catch up and chat. It was great!

Hi, my name is Jen and I am addicted to lip balms. I love buying lip balms and I go through them really quickly. Not just because I use them A LOT, but because I am always looking for the something that's better than what I tried before. While the packaging is amazing, the products are also wonderful! I love how delightful everything smells. I honestly feel like the most special, pampered girl ever after using their products.

The second product I received for my review was the Marshmallow Lip Balm. Once again, the packaging was just beautiful. It came in a pretty little box. Just look at how pretty this is!

On the inside, I discovered a beautiful tin box for the lip balm. The Marshmallow lip balm has a sweet taste (but not overwhelming). It actually tastes delicious. As I have mentioned before, I love lip balms and I have purchased and owned many of them. But the Marshmallow lip balm was truly the BEST I have ever had the pleasure of trying. In fact, I told DH that I finally know what luxurious lip balms are supposed to be like. I also told DH that I am not going back to the other stuff I had been buying so he better prepare himself for lot of purchases from Mor Cosmetics in the future, lol! At $21 each, this lip balm is not cheap by any means, but I seriously think that it is worth every penny and more!
