Hasbro Strawberry Shortcake Review

A couple of months ago, DD got some Strawberry Short Cake stamps with her happy meals. She thought they were the best things in the world. The first night she had them, she asked me to allow her to sleep with them. I agreed to it only to find her covered with pink strawberry prints the following morning. You guessed it, she had decided to stamp herself everywhere: her entire face, her hands, feet and even her pjs. *sigh* This should give you an idea of how obsessed she was with Strawberry Shortcake. After the entire stamp episode, I took them away from her and told her that she could only use them with mommy or daddy's assistance. She cried and cried. Luckily, not too long after that, we were given the chance to review a Strawberry Shortcake doll from Hasbro. She was sooo happy that she forgot all about the drama involving her stamps.
This was the doll we received from Hasbro. At 11 inches tall, I think this is the perfect size for preschoolers. DD especially liked the strawberry smell.

DD enjoys brushing Strawberry Shortcake's hair. And, because this is a larger size doll, DD can cuddle and sleep with it.

This Strawberry Shortcake doll retails for $22.99. You can purchase it on the Hasbro website and most major toy retailers do carry it. I think that for the size of the doll and how adorable it is, this Strawberry Shortcake toy is well worth the price. If your child is a fan of Strawberry Shortcake, I highly recommend picking one up!
